Iron Will, Instant, designed by Val Mayerik first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Legacy.
Iron Will could be beneficial in a defensive white deck that focuses on stalling the game and protecting key creatures. However, there are better options available such as Gods Willing, which not only grants protection but also provides card advantage by scrying. Iron Will may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other similar cards.

Cycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with cycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.
