This card would be beneficial in a Human tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a boost to another Human creature upon entering the battlefield. It could be particularly useful in an aggressive deck looking to buff its creatures and push through damage with trample. While there may be more powerful cards available for similar effects, Intrepid Provisioner's ability to boost a creature's power and toughness while also having trample makes it a solid inclusion in the right deck and could definitely see play in the right strategy.
