Hymn to Tourach, Sorcery, designed by Susan Van Camp first released in Nov, 1994 in the set Fallen Empires and was printed exactly in 19 different ways.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and resources, such as a discard or control deck, would benefit from using Hymn to Tourach. While it is a powerful card for its cost, there are arguably better options available in the current Magic: The Gathering card pool, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which offer more targeted discard options. However, Hymn to Tourach can still be a strong inclusion in certain strategies, especially in formats where it is legal, for its ability to disrupt the opponent's hand early in the game.
