This card, Homicidal Seclusion, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on a strategy of having only one powerful creature on the battlefield at a time, such as a Voltron-style deck. However, there are better options available, such as Loxodon Warhammer or Sword of Fire and Ice, which provide similar benefits along with additional advantages. While Homicidal Seclusion has its niche uses, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play due to its restrictive conditions and mana cost.
