El-Hajjâj, Creature — human wizard, designed by Dameon Willich first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 7 different ways.
El-Hajjâj would be a great addition to a black-based control or midrange deck that focuses on dealing damage while gaining life to maintain a strong board presence. However, there are better cards like Vampire Nighthawk that provide similar benefits with additional abilities such as flying and deathtouch, making it a more versatile and impactful choice. While El-Hajjâj has its niche uses, it may not see as much play compared to more efficient options in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
