This Curse of Bloodletting card would be beneficial in a deck focused on dealing direct damage or burn spells, as it amplifies the damage output significantly. However, for a more competitive edge, a card like Furnace of Rath might be a better choice as it doubles all damage dealt by sources, not just damage to a specific player. Curse of Bloodletting could still see play in a casual or themed deck for its unique and flavorful effect.

Curse of Bloodletting works with any damage, not just combat damage. It also doesn’t matter who controls the source of the damage that’s being dealt.

If more than one Curse of Bloodletting enchants the same player, damage dealt to that player will double for each one (two of them will end up multiplying the damage by four, three of them by eight, and four of them by sixteen).
