This card, Crescendo of War, would benefit aggressive white weenie decks that focus on attacking with multiple creatures each turn. While it can provide a significant boost to both attacking and blocking creatures, its mana cost and the fact that it requires upkeep to build up counters may make it less efficient compared to other options like Honor of the Pure or Glorious Anthem which provide a static bonus without the need for upkeep, making them potentially better choices for the deck. Whether Crescendo of War should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy within the deck, as well as the overall metagame.
