Berta, Wise Extrapolator would fit best in a Simic (green-blue) +1/+1 counters or spell-ramp “big mana” deck, especially one that consistently casts increasingly expensive spells to trigger Increment and snowball her growth while generating extra mana from her counter triggers. She pairs well with Proliferate, Hardened Scales–style effects, Hydras, and scalable spells, and she works nicely in Commander where longer games and mana engines thrive; the Fractal ability also gives her a mana sink that turns excess resources into threats. However, in competitive formats she would likely be outclassed by more efficient Simic staples like Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy (which generates far more explosive mana), Gyre Sage (which scales faster in counter decks), or Zaxara, the Exemplary (which creates X-cost tokens more efficiently), making Berta more of a value-engine build-around than a top-tier staple.
