Balance of Power, Sorcery, designed by Adam Rex first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
A control deck that focuses on card advantage and hand disruption would benefit from using Balance of Power, as it can help replenish your hand size if your opponent has more cards. However, there are better cards with similar effects like Ancestral Recall or Timetwister that are more efficient and powerful. While Balance of Power can be situationally useful, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play compared to other options available.
