A deck focused on +1/+1 counters or other types of counters would benefit from including Backstreet Bruiser, as it provides a way to turn a defensive creature into an offensive threat. This card could work well in a deck that aims to build up counters on multiple creatures quickly to enable aggressive attacks. However, in decks that don't focus on counters or have better options for attacking, Backstreet Bruiser may not see much play.
