This card, Armed Ninja, would be beneficial in a control or disruption deck that focuses on removing Spell Cards from the field to disrupt the opponent's strategy. While Armed Ninja's effect is decent for a flip monster, there are more efficient and versatile Spell removal cards available in the current metagame, such as Mystical Space Typhoon or Twin Twisters, which can target any Spell/Trap card and are not limited to just face-up Spell Cards. Therefore, Armed Ninja may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited utility compared to other options available.
