A deck that focuses on stalling the game and gaining incremental advantages would benefit from using Angelheart Vial, as it provides a way to gain life and draw cards over time. While Angelheart Vial can be a useful tool in certain control or midrange strategies, there are potentially more efficient options available, such as cards that provide immediate card advantage or life gain without the need to accumulate charge counters. However, in a slower-paced meta or a deck looking to grind out incremental advantages, Angelheart Vial could see play as a value engine.
