Aggravated Assault, Enchantment, designed by Greg Staples first released in Oct, 2002 in the set Onslaught and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's a key card in 33 combos.
Aggravated Assault would benefit aggressive red decks looking to close out games quickly by providing extra combat phases and untapping creatures for additional attacks. However, some decks may find it too mana-intensive and slow for their strategy. A potentially better card for similar effects could be Hellkite Charger, which also grants additional combat phases but for a higher initial cost and without the untapping ability. Overall, Aggravated Assault could see play in certain aggressive red decks but may not be a staple in all strategies.

If you have enough mana, the ability may be activated more than once in a turn.
