A deck that focuses on control elements and card draw would benefit from including Witty Demon due to its potential for extra card advantage and the flying ability. However, the downside of taking 4 damage if the condition isn't met can be risky, so decks with a reliable way to consistently have a larger starting library would find the most success with this card. While Witty Demon may not be a top-tier choice compared to other high-impact demon cards in Magic: the Gathering, it could still have a place in certain decks that can reliably meet its condition or benefit from its unique effect for added versatility and surprise factor.
