About Ward of Bones

Ward of Bones, Artifact, designed by David Martin first released in Jul, 2008 in the set Eventide.

A control deck that focuses on limiting the opponent's ability to develop their board would benefit from using Ward of Bones in Magic: the Gathering. While Ward of Bones can be a powerful tool to slow down opponents with more creatures, artifacts, enchantments, or lands, there are potentially more efficient options available such as Stasis or Winter Orb, which can lock down the opponent's resources more effectively. Whether Ward of Bones should see play would depend on the specific strategy and meta of the deck, as it can be a situational card that may not always be the most optimal choice.

Spelling this out completely: — Each opponent who controls more creatures than you can’t play creature cards. — Each opponent who controls more artifacts than you can’t play artifact cards. — Each opponent who controls more enchantments than you can’t play enchantment cards. — Each opponent who controls more lands than you can’t play land cards.
