While Time Vault can be a powerful card in the right deck, there are better alternatives like Nexus of Fate or Temporal Manipulation that provide similar effects without the drawback of skipping a turn. Whether Time Vault should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergy within the deck, as well as the overall game plan and win conditions.
