This card would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Aura-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a boost to enchanted creatures and offers graveyard recursion for other Auras or Equipment cards. While Spectral Steel has its niche uses, there are arguably better options such as Ethereal Armor or Gryff's Boon for similar effects in more competitive decks. However, for a casual or themed deck centered around auras and graveyard interactions, Spectral Steel could certainly see play.
