Silvergill Douser, Creature — merfolk wizard, designed by Daren Bader first released in Oct, 2007 in the set Lorwyn and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Silvergill Douser card would be beneficial in a Merfolk tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, where the player aims to have multiple Merfolk and Faeries on the battlefield to maximize its effect. However, there are better cards for similar effects, such as Harbinger of the Tides, which can also bounce a creature for just 1U without requiring a tap activation. While Silvergill Douser may not see play in competitive decks due to its limitations, it can still be a fun and flavorful addition to a casual Merfolk-themed deck.
