A Sliver tribal deck would benefit the most from including Sidewinder Sliver due to its synergy with other Sliver creatures and the potential for generating incremental advantage through combat. However, there might be better Sliver cards that offer more impactful abilities or higher utility, such as Crystalline Sliver for protection or Muscle Sliver for offensive power. Whether Sidewinder Sliver should see play would depend on the overall strategy and synergy of the Sliver deck, as well as the specific metagame it is intended for.

Once a Sliver has become blocked by a creature without flanking, the blocking creature gets -1/-1 even if the blocked Sliver loses flanking before the ability resolves.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
