Shield Dancer, Creature — human rebel, designed by Mike Ploog first released in May, 2020 in the set Prophecy.
This Shield Dancer card would be beneficial in a White-based control deck looking to protect itself from aggressive creature strategies. While Shield Dancer offers a unique form of protection, there are potentially more efficient options like Mother of Runes or Giver of Runes that provide similar protection for a lower cost or with additional benefits. However, Shield Dancer could still see play in specific metagames where its ability is particularly useful or in decks looking for redundancy in their defensive options.

If the ability is used twice, it will cause the next two attacks this turn (which only happens if something gives a player two attacks) from the creature to “reflect” back to itself. It will not result in double damage back from a single attack.
