The Sealace Sarong would be most beneficial in a Ranger deck that focuses on quick attacks and applying pressure to the opponent. While the ability to give a blue arrow go again can be useful for setting up follow-up plays, the Blade Break downside makes it risky to use in many situations where the Ranger may not want their equipment destroyed. There are likely more reliable cards that could serve a similar purpose without the downside, so Sealace Sarong may not see play in competitive decks.
