Primal Frenzy would be a great addition to a green aggro deck looking to push through damage efficiently, especially with creatures that have high power and can take advantage of trample. However, Rancor is a more popular choice in this type of deck, as it not only grants trample but also returns to the owner's hand when the enchanted creature dies, providing additional value. While Primal Frenzy may not be as widely played as Rancor, it could still see play in certain niche decks that prioritize trample and aggressive strategies.
