About Nebula Dragon

Nebula Dragon, Dragon effect monster, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set 2020 Tin of Lost Memories Mega Pack.

A deck that focuses on summoning high-level Dragon monsters and has access to both LIGHT and DARK Dragon monsters would benefit from including Nebula Dragon. While its effect of Special Summoning Level 8 Dragons from the hand can be useful for field presence, the restriction on summoning non-LIGHT or DARK Dragons for the turn can be limiting. Other cards like Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand or Arkbrave Dragon may offer more versatile effects and synergy with Dragon-focused decks, potentially making them better choices over Nebula Dragon in certain situations.
