Loam Lion, Creature — cat, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in Feb, 2010 in the set Worldwake and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and aims to control forests would benefit from including Loam Lion, as it provides a cheap and efficient creature that can become a significant threat with the forest requirement. However, in competitive Magic: The Gathering, there are often better options available, such as Wild Nacatl, which has a similar effect but with a more flexible condition. While Loam Lion can be a solid choice in certain situations, it may not see widespread play in more optimized decks.

Loam Lion either gets +1/+2 or it doesn’t. It doesn’t get the bonus for each Forest you control.
