Justiciar's Portal, Instant, designed by Micah Epstein first released in Jan, 2019 in the set Ravnica Allegiance and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Justiciar's Portal would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggressive creature-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a way to protect a key creature from removal spells or combat damage while also granting it first strike for a potential combat advantage. However, there are better cards like Cloudshift or Eerie Interlude that offer similar effects with additional benefits such as flickering multiple creatures or protecting them from board wipes, making them more versatile options. Justiciar's Portal could still see play in specific strategies that rely on protecting and enhancing individual creatures, but it may not be a top-tier choice in competitive decks.

Once the exiled creature returns, it’s considered a new object with no relation to the object that it was. Auras attached to the exiled creature will be put into their owners’ graveyards. Equipment attached to the exiled creature will become unattached and remain on the battlefield. Any counters on the exiled creature will cease to exist.

The returned card won’t be the target of any spells or abilities that targeted it before. Spells that don’t target, such as Kaya’s Wrath, may still affect it.
