This card, Inheritance, would be beneficial in a white weenie or token deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value. While it provides card draw, there are better options like Mentor of the Meek or Skullclamp that offer more consistent and immediate card advantage. Inheritance could see play in more casual or budget decks, but in competitive settings, other cards may be more efficient choices.
