About Hijack

Hijack, Sorcery, designed by Victor Adame Minguez first released in May, 2020 in the set Kaladesh and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.

A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and tempo plays, such as a Red Deck Wins or a Rakdos Aggro deck, would benefit from including Hijack. It can provide a sudden swing in board presence by stealing an opponent's key creature or artifact and using it to attack immediately. While Hijack can be a useful situational card, there are generally better options available, such as Act of Treason or Threaten, which offer similar effects for the same mana cost or less. Overall, Hijack may not see consistent play in competitive decks due to the availability of more efficient alternatives.

Rules

09/29/17

You can target and gain control of an untapped artifact or creature this way. You can also untap an artifact or creature you already control and give it haste.
