While it offers a unique and flavorful ability with potential for life gain and board presence, there may be more efficient options in terms of competitive play, such as Snapcaster Mage, which offers more immediate value and flexibility in spell recursion. However, for players looking for a flavorful and fun addition to their deck, G'raha Tia could certainly see play in casual or themed Magic: the Gathering settings.
