This card would be a great addition to a Selesnya (Green/White) deck focused on +1/+1 counters and creature control. While Fluttershy's ability to put +1/+1 counters on all creatures with a tail can be powerful in the right situation, there are more efficient cards like \[\[Hardened Scales\]\] or \[\[Winding Constrictor\]\] that can provide similar benefits without the restriction of having to stare down a creature. Fluttershy could see play in a casual or themed deck, but may not be competitive in more optimized strategies.
