A deck that focuses on self-mill or graveyard recursion strategies would benefit from using Fledgling Dragon, as it can quickly become a powerful threat once you have seven or more cards in your graveyard. While Fledgling Dragon has its strengths, there are potentially better cards like Boneyard Scourge or Thundermaw Hellkite that offer more immediate impact or evasion. However, Fledgling Dragon could still see play in decks looking for a midrange threat with potential for growth over time.
