Cloud Elemental, Creature — elemental, designed by Adam Rex first released in Feb, 1997 in the set Visions and was printed exactly in 9 different ways.
This Cloud Elemental card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the board with flying creatures or in a deck that needs a reliable flying blocker. However, there are better options available such as Serra Angel which has a similar mana cost but offers more power and toughness along with vigilance. Whether Cloud Elemental should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it's being considered for.
