Chorus of Woe, Sorcery, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in Jun, 1998 in the set Portal Second Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on aggressive strategies, such as a mono-black aggro or zombie tribal deck, would benefit from including Chorus of Woe. While it provides a temporary boost to your creatures' power, there are indeed better options available, such as Shared Triumph or Coat of Arms, which offer more permanent and impactful buffs to your creatures. Overall, Chorus of Woe could see play in certain budget or theme decks, but more competitive decks may opt for more powerful alternatives.
