About Blind Zealot

Blind Zealot, Creature — phyrexian human cleric, designed by Jana Schirmer & Johannes Voss first released in May, 2011 in the set New Phyrexia.

This card, Blind Zealot, would be beneficial in a deck focused on aggressive strategies that aim to control the board by removing key creatures from the opponent's side. While it offers a powerful removal effect upon dealing combat damage, its high mana cost and vulnerability to certain blockers may limit its effectiveness compared to similar cards like Fleshbag Marauder or Shriekmaw, which provide similar removal utility at a lower cost. Blind Zealot could see play in specific metagames where its abilities are particularly valuable, but in general, there are more efficient options available.
