The Autarch Mammoth card would benefit a green creature-based deck that can generate a lot of power on the board to easily activate its Saddle ability. While it provides a steady stream of 3/3 Elephant tokens, it may be outclassed by more efficient cards like Craterhoof Behemoth, which can provide a game-ending boost to your creatures. However, Autarch Mammoth could still see play in a midrange deck looking to go wide with tokens and benefit from the additional bodies on the battlefield.
