Arctic Aven, Creature — bird wizard, designed by Igor Kieryluk first released in Jul, 2012 in the set Magic 2013.
A deck that focuses on white and blue mana and has a strong presence of Plains would benefit from including Arctic Aven, as it can become a more powerful flying creature with lifelink. However, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as cards with more impactful abilities or synergies. Arctic Aven could see play in a deck that values evasion and lifegain, but its effectiveness would ultimately depend on the overall game plan and synergy with other cards in the deck.

Multiple instances of lifelink aren’t cumulative. Activating Arctic Aven’s ability more than once during a single turn won’t cause you to gain more life.
