This card, Arcane Encyclopedia, would benefit control decks looking to draw additional cards for card advantage and to dig deeper into their deck for answers. While it provides a consistent source of card draw, there are more efficient options available such as Mystic Remora or Rhystic Study which offer better value for the mana cost. However, Arcane Encyclopedia could still see play in budget decks or as a supplemental card draw engine in slower, more casual formats.
