Advocate of the Beast would be a great addition to a green creature-based deck that focuses on Beast creatures, as it provides a consistent way to boost their power. However, there are better options available such as Hardened Scales, which can provide additional +1/+1 counters to all creatures, not just Beasts, making it more versatile and impactful. While Advocate of the Beast may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or themed decks centered around Beasts.
