Willow-Wind would be well-suited for a blue control deck, as it provides card filtering with its scry ability and evasion with flying. However, there are stronger cards available in blue with similar effects, such as Torrential Gearhulk, which provides a bigger body and a card draw effect. If one has access to better options, Willow-Wind may not see much play in competitive decks.
