About Uktabi Efreet

Uktabi Efreet, Creature — efreet, designed by Alan Rabinowitz first released in Jun, 1997 in the set Weatherlight.

This Uktabi Efreet card could be beneficial in a green-based ramp deck that aims to generate a lot of mana quickly to pay for its cumulative upkeep cost. However, there are likely better options available in terms of efficiency and impact on the game, such as other efficient creatures or spells that provide more immediate value or board presence. Overall, while Uktabi Efreet has some potential in specific deck strategies, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play in most cases.

Rules

10/01/08

Paying cumulative upkeep is always optional. If it’s not paid, the permanent with cumulative upkeep is sacrificed. Partial payments of the total cumulative upkeep cost can’t be made. For example, if a permanent with “cumulative upkeep ” has three age counters on it when its cumulative upkeep ability triggers, it gets another age counter and then its controller chooses to either pay or sacrifice the permanent.
