About Tome Scour

Tome Scour, Sorcery, designed by Steven Belledin first released in Jul, 2009 in the set Magic 2010 and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.

A deck that focuses on milling opponents, such as a Dimir Control or Mill deck, would benefit from using Tome Scour as it helps to deplete the opponent's library quickly. However, there are more efficient mill cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Funeral that can mill more cards for the same cost, making them better options in most cases. Tome Scour could see play in budget mill decks or as a filler card until better options are available.

Rules

10/01/09
