This card, Resupply, would benefit a white control deck looking to gain life and draw cards to maintain card advantage and survive against aggressive strategies. While Resupply provides a decent effect for its cost, there are more efficient options like Revitalize, which costs less and provides immediate card draw and life gain. However, Resupply could still see play in decks that specifically need both effects in one card and have the mana to spare.
