However, there are better options available such as Rancor, which provides a similar power boost but also has the added benefit of returning to your hand if the enchanted creature dies. Overall, Mantle of Webs could see play in specific metagames where the reach ability is particularly valuable, but it may not be a top choice in most scenarios.
