Magnify, Instant, designed by Michael Sutfin first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Destiny.
Magnify would be beneficial in an aggressive green deck that focuses on buffing creatures and overwhelming opponents with a swarm strategy. However, there are better cards like Overrun that provide a more powerful and lasting boost to all creatures. Magnify could still see play in budget or casual decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more impactful options.
