However, in competitive formats like Modern or Standard, there may be better options for removal and win conditions, such as Lightning Bolt or more efficient creatures. Overall, Kelsien could see play in casual Commander decks looking for a unique and flavorful assassin-themed build.

Each time Kelsien’s last ability resolves, it creates a separate delayed triggered ability. If you untap Kelsien and activate its last ability multiple times in one turn, they’ll each trigger when the appropriate creature or creatures die.
