A deck focused on aggressive white creatures or a deck that benefits from having multiple flying creatures would benefit from including Heavenly Qilin. While it provides a temporary flying ability to another creature, there are potentially better cards that offer more consistent or powerful effects for a similar cost, such as Serra Angel or Baneslayer Angel. However, if the deck's strategy revolves around maximizing flying creatures and synergy with other abilities, Heavenly Qilin could still see play as a situational inclusion for its unique effect.
