Guerrilla Tactics, Instant, designed by Randy Asplund-Faith first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances and was printed exactly in 11 different ways.
A deck that focuses on aggressive red strategies, such as burn or aggro decks, would benefit from including Guerrilla Tactics. Its ability to deal damage both when initially played and when discarded by an opponent's spell or ability makes it a versatile and potentially powerful card in the right deck. While there may be more efficient burn spells available, Guerrilla Tactics could still see play in certain metagames or deck archetypes where its unique ability to deal additional damage upon discard can be strategically advantageous.
