Genju of the Falls, Enchantment — aura, designed by Glen Angus first released in Feb, 2005 in the set Betrayers of Kamigawa and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A deck focused on tempo and control would benefit from using Genju of the Falls, as it provides a versatile threat that can turn a land into a creature with evasion while also providing resilience by returning itself to hand when the enchanted land is destroyed. However, there are potentially better options for similar effects, such as Spreading Seas or Sea's Claim, which can disrupt opponents' mana bases while providing card advantage. Genju of the Falls could see play in certain niche strategies or casual decks, but may not be a top choice in competitive environments.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
