A mono-colored deck, particularly one that heavily relies on creatures of the chosen color and basic lands for mana, would benefit most from Gauntlet of Power. While it can provide a significant boost to creatures and ramp up mana production, there are potentially better options like Caged Sun or Extraplanar Lens that offer similar benefits without the color restriction. Gauntlet of Power could see play in certain mono-colored decks looking to maximize their creature strength and mana acceleration.

If Gauntlet of Power is somehow on the battlefield with no color chosen for its first ability, no creatures get +1/+1 and its last ability never triggers. It still won’t affect colorless creatures or basic lands tapped for colorless mana.
