A deck that focuses on aggressive, fast-paced strategies like a red aggro or goblin tribal deck would benefit from including Frenzied Goblin. While it can be a useful tool for disrupting opponents' defenses, there are potentially better options like Goblin Guide or Goblin Chainwhirler that offer more consistent value. Frenzied Goblin could see play in certain niche decks or sideboard situations, but it may not be a staple in competitive decks.
