A deck that focuses on mana fixing and ramp, particularly in white or blue color combinations, would benefit from including Flood Plain in their deck. While Flood Plain is a decent card for fetching Plains or Island cards, there are better alternatives like Flooded Strand or Prismatic Vista that offer more flexibility and can fetch dual lands. Flood Plain could see play in budget decks or in casual settings, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient land-fetching options.
